Wind Gust

Weewx Stats DB is not recording the following wind gust Stats * min * mintime * max * maxtime * sum * count

It seems that all elements of wind (direction and gust) have been lumped into one measurement which if so, we want to separate as WD calls for separate wind and wind gust min and maxs

• wind.max = is max Wind Gust (including time of)
• wind.avg = Average Wind Speed
• wind.min = is min Wind Speed (including time of)
• wind.gustdir = Wind Direction

Based on this understanding I have removed the windgust from the stats as it will no longer be required..
