zero length clientraw.txt and customclientraw.txt in latest update

I did a git pull to commit 7eb9d20a and now my clientraw.txt and customclientraw.txt files are zero length.

I reverted to commit e45eed52c which is saving data to clientraw.txt again.

Hi Vince,

I added Humidix which should be a weewx calculation mapped to extratemp1 however it sounds like you have not rebuild the stats DB as per the README which is why it is erroring out..

I will add a .hasdata to the tags to test for data which should solve this issue for you..
