Confirm operation under Weewx 2.6.0

2.6.0 introduces a number of changes to services and the service list. Need to ensure that Weewx-WD works under 2.6.0.

    Appears to work with clean install of 2.6.0a2 running the simulator. Used 2.5.0 install instructions in development branch. Only modification to the Weewx-WD install procedure was the adding user.wd.WD to end of process_services list and replacing weewx.wxengine.StdArchive with user.wdarchive.WDArchive in archive_services list in weewx.conf.
