'ago' rain tags are not working in v1.0.0_development

5 minute, 10, minute... 120 minute ago rain tags return None instead of 0 or days cumulative rain as of that time. Worked fine in v0.9.3

    wdTesttagsRainAgo SLE was only partially converted to work under v3. Try..except was masking a getSqlVectors error resulting in None being returned all the time. Fixed vide commit 1c15ae8
