do seven_day stats cover correct timespan - v1.0.0_development

seven_day stats SLE description says they cover the period from midnight seven days ago but the actual code does not appear to use midnight, rather just 7 days ago from the current time.

Need to check what is required and then adjust SLE if necessary.
