Reviewed testtags.php.tmpl php comments and have amended obviously wrong comments vide commit 1066e3f. This means that the resulting testtags.php now differs slightly from the 'standard' testtags.php generated by WD, but arguably this is a step for the better. Might be worth condsidering a wider review of the php comments to better explain what the tag is or maybe a testtags tag description page in the wiki is a better solution.
