Use and setting of $trend

Weewx provides a native $trend tag. By default the value of the trend period is set to 3 hours in skin.conf. Testtags.php has a number of trend tags, most are 1 hour trends but there is a 3 hour barometer trend. Leaving the $trend period at 3 hours will require a number of trend tags to be produced in a custom generator wheres setting the $trend period in skin.conf to 1 hour will only require generation a 3 hour barometer trend tag in a custom generator.
