Station longtitude in Clientraw.txt has a minus sign added if east of Greenwich. Weewx, WD and Saratoga all use positive longtitude for east and negative longtitude for west of Greenwich. If .. then .. statement can be removed from line 134 of clientraw.txt.tmpl

This is expected behaviour as clientraw expects negatives for EAST Longitude_(-_for_EAST_of_GMT)
