TAudioConverter is an audio converter that uses many powerfull backends to convert audio and video files to audio. It can run multiple encoder instances (up to 16) in order to shorten encoding time. It can also rip CDs and split CUE sheets. Both portable and installer versions for 32/64bit Windows systems are available.
Downloads hosted here are beta releases and they are portable. Also note that sometimes smaller packages that contain only updates from previous beta are released here too.

TAudioConverter (or TAC) is written in Delphi. AlphaControls and JVCL-JCL components are used during development. Tag libraries from http://3delite.hu/ are also used. Sources of some projects which are utilized by TAC are also included. These projects use tagging components by 3delite.hu.
