Shouldn't always use resolve_url to match a tab

Some pages require a login to view the content. If the user is not login, they will be redirected to a login page. If you add these pages to pocket, the resolved_url will always be the login page.

However, it is not good to always use given_url either. We still need resolved_url in case the user right-clicks on a shortened link and add it to pocket.
