I'd need more information here, since this behaviour has already been implemented for quite a long time now (green icon if page is already in pocket, grey otherwise). I noticed some glitches from time to time, most of the time for URLs containing #anchors at the end, but nothing major.

If you have some more details, please feel free to update your issue and add them in the description. In the meantime, I close this issue.
