Unicode characters in submitted title get mangled

When you add new item the title sent to API contains question marks in place of higher Unicode characters, tried working this out by escaping these characters in JSON sent to API but it looks like it gets parsed there and returned in a bad state anyway so it belongs to Pocket, I’ll try contacting them about this matter but I’m leaving this here for reference

I just got response from Pocket and they confirmed it is an API issue but there’s no ETA. Since I found no way to work this around without breaking compatibility with other clients I assume we just have to live with it, but I think it’s important to have this issue as a reference in case someone else notices this
