Add option to close tab after adding to pocket

If you have a list of 5-10 pages you'd like to read later, or just on a mobile - you need them all to pocket and close. In fact, for me, it is one of the most often cases.

Being able to add to pocket and close the page with a single click would be very nice.

Hey Ivan, thanks for the feature suggestion. Am I getting it right? What you'd want is a setting that you can enable, that would close the current tab once you add it to pocket?

1. Setting "Close current tab after adding to pocket? Yes/No"
2. If yes: when I add current page to pocket (right click / address bar / + in the popup), the page is added to pocket and the tab is closed automatically

If so, I have this in the Automations ticket in the public roadmap. It might be one of the things I'll work on soon, I have not decided yet what the next priorities will be (tags will be the next-next thing, I believe).

I have no way of knowing for sure but I imagine automation would be more widely used than tags. At least that's what I choose to believe because I want the automation features so much. :)

Yes, it was requested quite often some months ago (and then suddenly, it was not requested anymore, I dont know why!) but I was not ready to work on this at that time (I had more urgent features to build first and the code was too messy). Tags have been requested more often, but it's a close call, and automations will be much easier to develop :)
