cctoolkit website delivers low resolution pictures (600*101 pixel)

Issue #2 resolved
jens.hellermann created an issue

Hello Andrew,

I would like to use your website https://cctoolkit.vectorcult.com/# to split my cardboard camera files from my vagation in Hel (Poland). I was so excited by your website and script, that I didn't check on the output resolution of the files. Only after spltting 38 vr.jpg files I realised that the resolution per picture is 600*101 pixels.

I really want to overwork the sound and some of the artefacts in the pictures, so I can make an Android App and make it freely available on playstore.

Can you help me on that, please? I will attach a sample file here, because all pictures came out in the same resolution.

That would be very kind. Best regards, Jens Hellermann.

Hi Jens - if you left click on the split image, or right click and do Save link as ..., you'll get the full resolution images. Right clicking an doing "Save image as ..." only saves the reduced resolution thumbnail, as you've discovered.

You aren't the first to hit this problem, so I'll note it as a usability issue and see if there's a way I can make the UI clearer (maybe a 'Download' button).

    Hello Andrew,

thank you for your quick answer. I thought the problem could be found in my workflow.

I'll follow your advice and use "save link as" option or just left click on the picture.

    Kind regards, Jens.
