Crash on dedicated Server: Exception in server tick loop

I removed most of the mods from my server, 115 other mod files only 16 left in mods folder. im sure the error has to do with High Pressure tanks and no other mods. Running latest 1.6.4 Forge Version 9.11.1.965. This only happens on a server and not singleplayer, also it did run once on the server without this error, not sure why, unless i derped the server that time, have gotten the error since then.

Yeah you're right HPT is causing this. I'm really dumb not to have thought about this. I'm working on it right now should have a new version in an hour or two.
