created an issue

I try to install PyInstaller (2.1) but it failed with "ImportError: No module named setuptools". So, I try pip-Win (v 1.6).

This is the error from the DOS Window:

it end with DOS "pause", after a button click the pip-Win start and the main window program was showed and it contain this string: "Error. installation of setuptools failed".

I've python version 2.7.5, installation is ok, but I had not set "C:\python27\Scripts" in the PATH. Home ADSL, no proxy is present. I had downloaded the setuptools v3.5.1. I had extracted the zip and launch the ez_setup.py in the extracted folder. Now I've noticed that it re-download the zip. Ok, it seems the fail is on the PowerShell download command (line 172 of ez_setup). As soon as possible I'll try to execute this part: cmd = [ 'powershell', '-Command', "(new-object System.Net.WebClient).DownloadFile(%(url)r, %(target)r)" % vars(), ] _clean_check(cmd, target)

I've copied the error from the DOS window, but I noticed only now that there is an extra space in the error message (just before "1.zip"): Downloading https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/s/setuptools/setuptools-3.5. 1.zip ... but I think it is only a copy/paste issue.

If I'll find a way to reproduce the problem or for add some details I post here. Thanks.
