Goal Overview Diagram : Relationship existence when we delete a goal from the diagram

In the goal diagram, lets say for example we have goalA, and goalB. goalA have as its subgoal goalB. Currently, if we delete goalB from the diagram (by right click the goal diagram and choose 'delete entity icon'), then the relationship between goalA and goalB is not deleted. (i.e. if we add back goalB into the diagram, the connection will be automatically added, due to the fact that the realtionship still exist.)

Shall we automatically delete the relationship between goalA and goalB, when we delete goalB from the diagram (not from the project, i.e. right click the goalB diagram and choose 'delete entity icon')?
