vlan-config work in progress / java-script error / "save button not working" problem is back

I noted that an older java-script bug is back in the vlan-config menu:

the “save button” no longer works after some changes at the vlan-config was made.
(This is are a not a cache/cookie-problem - tested with firefox and chrome on latest trunk)
