Include tinc in MIPS VPN builds

As per title. I guess something else would have to be excluded but it would be nice to have a VPN build including everything tomato has to offer on the VPN side.

Impossible. There is no room for tinc, even if I remove stubby and advanced themes: to compile tinc I have to enable more ciphers in openssl, it will also increase size of image dramatically.
