Please help compiling pixelserv-tls

As part of the AdBlock redesign, we currently have some statically compiled pixelserv available:

however this is an http only version. We would really need a tls support to have this working properly.

I doubt this will work on MIPS R1 (I guess openssl limitation) but MIPS R2/ARM should be ok.

This (pixelserv-tls) is actually available in Entware
