Access Restriction in MultiWAN Load Balancing mode not working

I’m currently running the latest version and Access Restriction is not working. I am trying to use “Block All Internet Access” option for a certain device using its MAC Address. Even tried blocking it using IP address but it does not work. Device can still access the internet.

I am using MultiWAN with 2 WAN connections with “Tune route cache” option enabled (Load Balance Weight = 1 for WAN0 and Load Balance Weight = 1 for WAN1. When I disable load balancing and use the Failover option (Load Balance Weight = 1 for WAN0 and Load Balance Weight = 0 for WAN1), access restriction seem to work.
