Advanced Theme (Dark) GUI cosmetics

@pedro I just finished running a test compile at 316286b and ethernet ports state icons are missing and there are other various cosmetic issues. Not sure if it was any of your changes to tomato.css or at.css, but I wanted to Inform you so you were aware, if you weren’t already. Cleared cache, and everything, still present. For Clarification, this is on Pale Moon (New Moon) on Mac. only. Not having the issue on Opera, Safari, Firefox / FF ESR, Chrome, or Vivaldi. Thanks for all your work!

So - in short - Pale Moon is not compatible with Advanced Tomato themes. In other words, it’s not modern browser, ie. it doesn’t support “ResizeObserver” (and more)…
