WireGuard cannot create interface

Trying to start an imported WireGuard config on wg0, the logs show

unable to bring up wireguard interface wg0, retrying...

Doing exact the same config on wg2 gives additional log entry:

wireguard: wg2: Could not create IPv6 socket
unable to bring up wireguard interface wg2, retrying...

IPv6 is disabled in Basic. Version is 2024.1.

Working with wg.sh script from Freshtomato’s wiki page, works fine

Upgrading from VPN version to AIO version kept my WG settings and now it’s working

@ Roland Hansmann: so both VPN & AIO version 2024.1 working fine (behave the same) with the script from the FT wiki?

Can you please provide more details / more steps ?

@M_ars wg.sh script has been only tested with AIO version. But as I said on 29.3. for some unknown reasons after reflashing, everything works now.
Only the subnetmask of the route is still not correct (see https://bitbucket.org/pedro311/freshtomato-arm/issues/315/wireguard-generates-subnet-masks#comment-66620286)
