DDNS in 2024.2 - all external checkers are grayed out

I have a couple of ASUS RT-AC68R/U routers with Freshtomato, that I use as WiFi access points. They only have LAN IP address for the management, but no Internet IP on any interface. I use their DDNS capability to update Cloudflare DNS IP address with the external IP checker (with whatever external IP is detected by the checker).

It used to work in 2023.5 (except that once in a while it would throw a libcurl error and stop working) - see the attached screenshot from 2023.5.

I was hoping the issue with libcurl is fixed in the newer releases and upgraded one of the routers to 2024.2. I can no longer use the external checker - all dropdown entries for the external checkers are now grayed out. See another screenshot from 2024.2. Moreover, it “successfully” updated the Cloudfare DNS record with 0.0.0.0 (which was truly unexpected, I had to quickly roll it back to my current external IP).

Please fix. Ideally - even allow to define the external checker URL + parsing regex.
