Wrong router time

Wenger X created an issue

ver.2020.6 RT-AC68U

Router time does not follow the setting on the ‘Basic/Time’ tab, always shows TZ +0400 regardless of setting.

    On the next day I mention the router TZ and time becomes correct by itself. I wonder what it was.
