kactivities-devel can not be installed because it requres kactivities-libs without epoch. adding "%{?epoch:%{epoch}:}" to every Requires for packages with "%{name}" seems to fix the problem

I have a fix for requires, needs specify the epoc [1]

I have already rebuild with epoch added to requires, so this should be working now.

I have not added nepomuk-core build, it has been replaced by baloo in KDE SC 4.13, and it is not required.

I don't see much point in reviving that project from the dead.
