provide KDE4 version of kate

I'm having severe stability problems with kf5 version of kate and want KDE4 version instead. I have created separate kate4 and kwrite4 packages based on the last package from F21 http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=639901 . These can optionally be installed instead of the kate and kwrite packages from main F23, but are not automatically installed as replacement for the kf5 versions if not desired.

Can you be more specific ? Any details of how to reproduce the issues ? I haven't been testing a lot, but my test VM running Fedora 23 seems ok in regards to editing files in both kate and kwrite.
