FDO notifications not working

Freedesktop-compatible notificationhs are not working: they are not showing in tray notifications widget and dbus service org.freedesktop.Notifications is missing

Hi, had some updates for this project , unfortunately I don't had many time for do more , may you try update https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/sergiomb/kde4for23/build/496162/

and install https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/sergiomb/kde4for23/fedora-24-x86_64/00496162-kde-runtime/kde-runtime-kuiserver-16.08.3-4.fc24.x86_64.rpm

this package just differ from fedora proper in build kde-runtime-kuiserver.

KDE Progress Info UI server is : KDE Progress Info UI server. I don't know if it is what you mean.

There is kuiserver in peem's repo. It's bundled in kde-runtime and it's running on my system, but it doesn't provide org.freedesktop.Notifications dbus service.
