renamed colord-kde to colord-kde4, changed required in kde-workspace, hopefully this will sort it out.

Note : yum is no longer used in fedora, not sure if yum-deprecated logic is same as dnf depsolver.

I'm wrong you don't need obsolete if you the name don't change

It seems to be all working fine if installed on vanilla install on F23 and F22.

Requires using dnf install instead of dnf upgrade.
