Error message at installation

Windows 8.1 64b here. I get an error: Setup Exec (const Filename, Params, WorkingDir: String: const ShowCmd: Integr; const Wait; TExecWait; var ResultCode Integer): Boolean;

On the main setup Windows there's also cm:AdditionalIco función Exec... and the same string as above,

The program installs and work well...
