Include @version info in jstz.js

Please include version information in jstz.js, so that sites implementing this library can check their local version against the latest version of the file.

    I've not received any pull request on Github as I write this (and I don't have a repo of jstz on there) so I am not sure how that will work out?

    I see that someone else has mirrored my project on github (nubgames). I should probably set up my own mirror there so I can accept contributions wherever.

    Ah, okay. I didn't look too closely, so I thought that was your own mirror. Hm.. I don't have Mercurial installed on my machine currently, but perhaps I'll look into that.
