Former user created an issue

The software fails to import dives directly from my dive computer and .mtb files.

I am using a windows 10 laptop and a Cressi Leonardo dive computer.

    • The issue with downloading dives from a computer has been diagnosed and will be fixed soon in the next release.
    • In order to diagnose the other issue (i.e. import from 'mdb'), more information would be very helpful - what program (which version) produced the 'mdb' files (e.g. Suunto DM3)? You could also attache-mail the problematic 'mdb' file to us.

    • Crash when downloading from an attached dive computer has been fixed.
    • More information (software that generated the imported *.mdb) is needed to diagnose the import issue. Will keep investigating...
