test_repex_pipeline.py fails without saying why

I have RepeatExplorer2 with Tarean v0.3.1 on our Server running Ubuntu 16.10 including all listed dependencies but when running it gives errors.

When running the test_repex_pipeline.py script it runs through although printing to stderr that there are 9 failed test, I attached the stderr output of the script.

I also attached a log of stdout and stderr of a run, which ends in another error.

I would be grateful if you could help me in finding the source of the errors or direct me to something I could do to solve these problems.
