Former user created an issue 2020-05-07

Hi, I have installed RepeatExplorer locally but the mgblast is giving me the following error:

cd /home/kgagalova/src/repex_tarean/bin
./mgblast
#-bash: ./mgblast: /lib/ld-linux.so.2: bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory

do you maybe have a mgblast version for 64bit or any other way to solve the issue?

Unfortunately, mgblast is available only in 32bit. You will need to install support for 32 bit platform. See installation instruction https://bitbucket.org/petrnovak/repex_tarean/src/devel/README.md

Hi, I have the same problem, our server version is CentOS Linux release 7.3.1611 (Core). I'd like to know if there are any new solutions for mgblast?
