No 'Cluster_similarity_hits' column in CLUSTER_TABLE.csv on Galaxy

Hi there,

Apologies if this is a trivial issue, but when running RepeatExplorer2 on Galaxy (https://repeatexplorer-elixir.cerit-sc.cz/galaxy/) as follows:

-l select=1:ncpus=10:mem=32gb:scratch_local=50gb -l walltime=48:00:00 -q [e-mail] -v TAREAN_MAX_MEM=4000000,TAREAN_CPU=4

I have no 'Cluster_similarity_hits' column in the CLUSTER_TABLE output, which I need to visualise the types of repeats in R in the next step.
