Is there a way to have TAREAN run k-mer analysis / logo generation on "other" hits

I am looking to classify novel repetitive elements and was really interested in using TAREAN for this. I've installed repex_tarean locally and am trying it out on some test data. Unfortunately, it looks as though the TAREAN analysis on my clusters stops short because it cannot classify they into the satellite/LTR/rDNA categories. I'd really like to get k-mer analysis and logo generation data for my clusters. I can't use a custom database because I want to use this took for denovo discovery. I would greatly appreciate any help, thanks!
