Cannot connect through filezilla

I am trying to connect through filezilla to upload my files. Host:repeatexplorer.umbr.cas.cz, then username and password, then quickconnect. Keep getting the message

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
