Problem with conda env

Hi, guys. I'm trying to install repex_tarean using git clone. But the conda env create is taking infinite time. I already tried to update conda and still is not working. Do you have any lights to shed on it? Maybe do I need to find some specific lib/version in the conda?

Not sure what is the problem. Try either mamba to create the environment (https://github.com/mamba-org/mamba) or you can install repeatexplorer using singularity – see https://github.com/repeatexplorer/workshop/blob/master/2022/practical_training_day_3.org
