The old wiki was moved into the Depreciated directory on 10/28/2016 
by Jenn Frederick. The intention of moving the old wiki pages into
Depreciated was to clean up the home page of the wiki after we created
the Sphinx-built documentation site (www.documentation.pflotran.org)
that essentially duplicated the information in the old wiki.

Note: The reaction Sandbox page is kept in its original spot in case
anybody still has the bookmark that Glenn passed out at AGU 2015.
