Stuttering/Crackling Audio

Hello, I use GMS2 and import your asset in empty project. I create empty room, and add video player object. All sounds, in all videos is stuttering/crackling, and video work only in fullscreen mode. I tested this in 3 windows (7 and 10) machines, and this behavior is the same everywhere. Please help.
