SIR I AM HIGH HDD USES WHILE TRANSFERING BOOT WIM FILE OVER TFTP. AFTER FILE TRANSFERED HDD USES NORMAL. PLEASE FIX THIS BUGS.

Version 4.64 change the cache behavior.

Files used to be opened as sequential (which make sense). However due to possible retransmissions, backward moves were possible. Two changes were applied : * files opened without the SEQUENTIAL flags * test made before doing backward moves
