Cant't connect to the serviceError 10061

Hello,

I have no idea why it happened. I am not able to run the server due to the problem:

Cant't connect to the serviceError 10061 (no connection to be made bcause the target machine actively refused it).

This is not a firewall - I try disabling it and the problem is not gone. It happened to me second time but I do not remember how did I solve this out before.

OS: Windows 10 with up to date updates.

Check your router config. or router firewall setting. Try to connect switch with static ip

It’s not a solution, but, if you go to file source “usually C:/Program Files/Tftpd64_SE“, and start

tftpd64_svc.exe -debug

you can start Tftpd64.
