SIR TFTPD32 V4.61 NOT RUNNING OR NO ANY GUI DISPLAY. I AM USING WINDOW 10 LATEST BUILD 1803. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEMS

Bug reproduced.

New version 4.62 released : same code compiled with visual 2010 (4.61 is compiled with Visual 2017). Seems fine. Can you confirm ?

The service edition of tftpd64 4.62 is not working on my Windows 10 1803 system, but works on my Windows 10 1709 system. However, the "portable" version of tftpd64 works on both versions of Windows.
