MUY Homepage II

A static website generator that compiles "pages" into html along with
navigation and other formatting. A page is plain text in an email like
format with a few lines of metadata followed by the body
of the page in reStructuredText.

The first version (muyhomepge 1) was used but never in reasonable
enough shape to be used by anyone, really.

The name means "very homepage" and that does not make a lot of
