Add HA or LST to the headers of simulated images

Issue #17 resolved

We have been trying to figure out how to standardize the header metadata between different instruments (e.g. Megacam and DECam). When adding phosim outputs to the mix we noticed that there was no information that could be used to directly calculate hour angle (or equivalently local sidereal time). Another option is to include UT1 to the header which would make calculating these quantities trivial.

All other datasets we've looked at have either HA or LST (though not UT1 which is a little surprising since the telescope must know it).

yes, we can certainly add that for the next release.

technically, right now we don't have that calculated internally at the moment as it is not necessary since the user provides the location of the pointing in ra/dec already. we recently required the longitude of the telescope for other purposes, however, so we could calculate it.
