Add ability to choose what the Aux switch positions do

Configuration software can be used to assign the follow functions to any of the three aux switch positions:

• All servos off
• All servos stabilised
• Roll and tilt stabilised, pan manual
• Roll stabilised, tilt and pan manual
• Roll and tilt stabilised, pan off
