Toll and Tilt twitch

I have two Skylines with the new 1.2.2 software and new harness. Both Skylines have a twitch on Roll and Tilt axis. Both the roll and tilt axis are also wandering back and forth slightly with no input from the transmitter. Roll axis is not in slew mode. Both Skylines behave exactly the same.
