Integral gain is always causing overshoots

Non zero integral gain value can significantly reduce gimbal reaction time but always causes overshooting problems. There is no way to eliminate it. This issue makes integral gain setting unusable. Properly implemented PID controller should be able to use integral term without so massive overshoot error. Checked on firmware: 1.2.2-1.7beta1
