Editing column type/name is not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached file with phpliteadmin
2. try to edit the one of the column type then click save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Column is successfully renamed, instead they told me to report it here

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 1.9.2 in Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
The table was modified by another software below due I need the capability to sorting
the table column.

This is the tools: (And it seems they process SQL differently as the field that's can
be seen in phpliteadmin can't be seen on this tools)

Thanks for your bugreport. Sorry nobody replied to you yet.

This is another example of famous issue #12. We'll really need to do a release once
I am completely done with this issue, so many users report this.
