Display image BLOB's and TEXT image URL's as actual images in GUI.

Columns that contain BLOB info for images as well as TEXT columns with URL's pointing
to images should display the actual image thumbnail + it should be clickable to display
the full version. Put the thumbnail alongside the text just so user also knows its
path.

It should be a settings variable called $imageparse or something that is true to enable
this new behavior and false to keep the normal default behavior.
